Delivery Policy

Drip is committed to bringing your order to you fresh, fast and exactly the way you expected it. This Delivery Policy explains our service areas, timings, fees, and what happens if something doesn't go to plan.

Delivery areas

We deliver within a defined radius around each Drip branch. When you select Delivery at checkout, you'll see the closest branch serving your address. If your address falls outside any branch's delivery radius, we'll offer pickup or Car Hop instead.

Delivery timings

• Orders are accepted during branch operating hours: 8:00 AM – 1:00 AM daily
• Standard delivery time: 30–45 minutes from order confirmation
• Peak hours and adverse weather may extend delivery times by 10–15 minutes
• Scheduled orders can be placed up to 24 hours in advance

Delivery fees

A flat delivery fee is applied at checkout based on the distance to your address. Fees are clearly shown before you place your order. Drip occasionally runs free delivery promotions for rewards members.

Minimum order

Minimum order value for delivery is Rs 500. There is no minimum for pickup or Car Hop.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery and major debit/credit cards. Card payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment partners; Drip does not store your card number on its servers.

Order tracking

Once your order is placed, you'll receive live status updates — accepted, preparing, out for delivery (or ready for pickup/Car Hop), and delivered. You can also follow progress on the order tracking page.

Order accuracy & quality

Every Drip order is checked twice before it leaves the branch. If your order arrives incorrect, incomplete, or below the standard you expect from us, contact us within 2 hours of delivery and we'll make it right — typically with a full refund, replacement, or store credit at your choice.

Cancellations

• You may cancel free of charge any time before the branch begins preparing your order.
• Once preparation has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
• Card payments are refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds for COD orders are issued as Drip wallet credit or, on request, via bank transfer within 7 business days. Card refunds are issued to the card used at checkout.

Pickup & Car Hop

For pickup orders, please collect within 30 minutes of the ready notification. For Car Hop, park anywhere in the branch lot and our team will bring your order to the vehicle details you registered at checkout.

Allergens & dietary needs

All Drip kitchens handle gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and shellfish. While we take care to follow special instructions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free preparation environment. Please flag any severe allergies in the order instructions and call the branch directly.
